They once designed many commercial or G.I. optical lens, such as the lens used in the atmosphere laser communication system’s antenna, DSC lens, DSC zoom lens, camera lens, projective TV lens, lens used in monitor system and so on. Configuration Design: we have many excellent mechanical engineers undertake the configuration design work. They once designed many kinds of configuration for the lens. Technics Service: we have many seasoned technics engineers. They will ensure the quality of the lens 最新成果 (New Achievement) 有色光学塑料透镜     具有特定的光谱曲线，600nm以下截止，650nm以下导通。其材料成分符合欧洲RoHS环保标准。可替代红色玻璃。可根据用户需要定制各种尺寸基片和各种规格透镜。特别适合激光扫描系统。     短焦距摄像头     由二片式塑料透镜组成，像素30万，芯片1/4英寸，光学长度17.48mm，比常规摄影头短2.77mm。     传感透镜     在VCD中具有产生椭圆光斑实现自动调焦的功能，替代相对应的进口元件。     转角高清晰度背投影电视镜头     由于用反光镜折弯系统将光路转折使镜头结构紧凑，从而减薄电视机厚度，广泛用于大屏幕高清晰度背投影电视镜头。 　        Colored optical plastic lenses They have special spectrum curves which cut-off below 600nm and transmit above 650nm. Their material conform to RoHS environment protection criterion. They are substituted for red glass. We can manufacture all kinds of substrates and lenses. They especially suit to laser scanning system. PC camera lens of shorter focal distance They are composed of two plastic lenses. Their pixels are 300,000.Their chips are 1/4 inch. Their optical length is 17.84mm, shorter than that of common PC camera lens by 2.77mm.. Transducer lens They can generate ellipse spot for focusing automatically, They can be substituted for corresponding imported elements. High-sharpness rear-projective TV lenses The structure of the lenses is compact because bending system with reflector makes light route turn a corner which reduces the thickness of TV. They are widely used for big screen high-sharpness rear-projective TV lens. 光学塑料加工（Optical Plastic Parts） 我所拥有日本FANUC全电动高精度注塑机，以及德国、意大利等国生产的先进注塑机，英国Form-Talysurf非球面面型以及粗糙度检测仪，浙江大学研制的激光数字波面干涉仪以及各种投影鉴别率测试仪器。形成了从注塑模具设计、加工、注塑到检测的一个完整研发、生产体系，可以生产直径从φ3~φ60的球面和非球面光学塑料产品，在国内处于领先地位。 Our institute possesses the FANUC high-precious electronic injection mold machine made by JAPAN and many advanced injection mold machines made by German and Italy. We also possess the Form-Talysurf aspherical surface figure and roughness check instrument made by Britan, Digital laser wave-front interferometry instrument made by Zhejiang University and many projective resolving power checker. We can offer the whole service from mould design and produce, parts manufacture and check. We hold the lead in China, and we can offer the parts with spherical or aspherical surface fromφ3 to φ60 . 　　 光学冷加工（Optical Glass Parts） 　 我所光学冷加工部人力资源充足，设备齐全，致力于产品加工工艺的不断创新，新近又引进韩国高效光学冷加工设备Hpsm-0.5 optical machine系列，可以承接直径为φ3~φ200、曲率半径为±R2~∞的球面以及平面光学玻璃镜片，品质优良，服务一流。 Our institute has fine human source and equipment source to manufacture optical glass parts. We apply ourselves to improve the technics level in the manufacture progress. Recently, we have imported a set of equipment: “Hpsm-0.5 optical machine” series from South Korea. We can offer the parts with φ3~φ200 and the curvature radius from ±R2 to ∞.
